Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and the following countries: Great Britain, USA, Canada, Australia, EUmember states (we don't deliver to France)

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

0 to 1 kg = €4,50; Over 1 kg to 2 kg = €8,50 Over 2 kg to 5 kg = €14 Over 5kg to 15 kg = €17. From 15 kg an additional parcel will be charged at the same rates as before.

From an order value of 75,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

Delivery to Great Britain: up to 500 grams = €9,50 over 500 grams up to 1 kg = €14 over 1 kg up to 2 kg = €29. From 2 kg an additional parcel at the aforementioned rates will be shipped.

Delivery to EU countries: up to 2 kg = €14; up to 5 kg = €20 (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Irleand (incl. Northern Ireland), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain).

Delivery to USA, Canada, Australia: up to 500 grams= €9 over 500 grams up tp 1 kg = €16 over 1 kg up to 2 kg = €30 over 2 kg up to 3 kg = €38 over 3 kg up to 5 kg = €58 over 5 kg up to 10 kg = €107

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

In case of collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
